Potable water is provided through an 8” pipeline with a 1” outlet for each lot (may expand to 2”).

Treated water is provided through an 8” pipeline with a 1” outlet for some of the lots (may expande to 2”).

8” line connecting to main collector at waste water treatment plant facility operated by Servicios de Agua y Dreanje de Monterrey. I.P.D.

6” and 8” outlets available for sewage discharge.

115K/33kV sub-station with  capacity for 30MVA expandable to 60MVA. Service supplied by Comisión Federal de Electricidad.

100KVAs allocated per lot and availability for additional KVA purchasing.
